Security Services

  • Security Officers: Every ParkX Security officer is background checked, goes through extensive security training, and is DCJS certified. They are required to be familiar with all tenants of the site, and to ensure that unauthorized individuals are not accessing secured spaces. By monitoring access points, conducting regular patrols, and maintaining a visible security presence, the security officers deter and stop potential intruders, reducing the risk of break-ins, theft, vandalism, and other criminal activities. If the security officers do have a conflict with an unauthorized individual, they are trained on conflict resolution techniques and can intervene in disputes, de-escalating tensions and restoring peace.
