During this phase, our Talent Acquisition team will review submissions against the qualifications and requirements of the job. Your application is crucial to advancing in the recruitment process, so be sure your submitted materials highlight your most relevant skills and experiences. - Stage 2
Assessment
The assessment stage of our hiring process is an important opportunity for us to learn more about your skills, competencies, and potential fit for the role and our organization. In this stage, we utilize a tool called Criteria, which is a personality and behavioral assessment designed to provide deeper insights into your working style and behavior.
This is not a pass-or-fail test, but a tool to ensure we align our candidates' strengths with our roles. The results help us determine how your unique characteristics and qualities may complement our team. This stage is an integral part of ensuring the role is a mutual fit, and we encourage you to approach it authentically.
If you are hired, you will receive a copy of the Workplace Insights Report that provides valuable information about your work style, strengths and potential challenges, motivators, and areas of development. The assessment should not take longer than 30 minutes of your time.
Depending on the position, a technical assessment may also be administered so that we can better evaluate your technical skills, knowledge and abilities related to a specific job.
