Our Hiring Process

Stage 1

Applied

The applied stage is the initial step in our hiring process, indicating we have successfully received your application. During this phase, our Talent Acquisition team will review submissions against the qualifications and requirements of the job. Your application is crucial to advancing in the recruitment process, so be sure your submitted materials highlight your most relevant skills and experiences. We thank you for your interest and application, and we're excited to learn more about your potential fit with our team.
Stage 2

Application Review

Stage 3

Assessment

The assessment stage of our hiring process is an important opportunity for us to learn more about your skills, competencies, and potential fit for the role and our organization. In this stage, we utilize a tool called Criteria, which is a personality and behavioral assessment designed to provide deeper insights into your working style and behavior.

This is not a pass-or-fail test, but a tool to ensure we align our candidates' strengths with our roles. The results help us determine how your unique characteristics and qualities may complement our team. This stage is an integral part of ensuring the role is a mutual fit, and we encourage you to approach it authentically.

If you are hired, you will receive a copy of the Workplace Insights Report that provides valuable information about your work style, strengths and potential challenges, motivators, and areas of development.  The assessment should not take longer than 30 minutes of your time.

Depending on the position, a technical assessment may also be administered so that we can better evaluate your technical skills, knowledge and abilities related to a specific job.
Stage 4

In-Person Interview

If you are selected for an interview, it means that our hiring team was impressed with your credentials and would like to seriously consider you for the role.

Interviews can vary in length, but they typically last between 30 minutes and an hour.  The interviewer or interviewers may ask you a variety of questions about your experience, skills, and knowledge. They may also ask you to complete a task or exercise.  It is a critical step in our hiring process where we dive deeper into understanding your skills, experiences, and alignment with our organization. In this stage, you may experience different types of interviews:
  • In-person interview: This is a traditional, face-to-face meeting with one or more representatives from our company. It's typically conducted in our office and allows us to engage with you directly, providing a tangible sense of our company culture and environment.
  • Panel interview: This is an interview conducted by multiple representatives from our company at once. This allows different team members to get to know you and assess your suitability for the role.
Most positions will require you to answer several behavioral-based questions.  Behavioral based interview questions, like those that follow the SOAR model (see below) allow us to better evaluate your problem-solving skills, decision-making process, and how you have handled situations in the past.
  • Situation: Describe a situation you were in.
  • Objective: Explain the objective you had in mind.
  • Action: Detail the actions you took to achieve this objective.
  • Result: Share the result of these actions.
We look forward to this opportunity to learn more about you and for you to learn more about us.
Stage 5

Offer

The offer stage is an exciting point in our hiring process as it signifies that we are confident in your potential to contribute to and succeed in our team. In this stage, we will extend a formal job offer to you, which will include key details about the position such as salary, benefits, work schedule, and start date. Please take the time to carefully review all elements of the offer. If you have any questions or need further clarification on any aspects, we encourage you to reach out to our recruitment team. We are committed to open and transparent dialogue to ensure that accepting the offer aligns with your career goals and expectations. We hope to welcome you to our team soon.
